The Truth OST - Palindrome Jam

This soundtrack was created for the OST Composing Jam [Sandbox]. It captures the exact moment when you, the main character, realize where you come from and why you are here. The first track represents the peace and happiness you experienced until the incident occurred. The second track begins with a flashback as you start to understand the true nature of everything. In this scene, everything feels darker and more unsettling. Finally, the third track reflects the nostalgia and sorrow that come with uncovering the truth behind all the lies you’ve been told. In this scene, you discover your old home, where your real life once unfolded.

Each track uses the palindrome restriction in a different way. The first track features a reversible structure. The second reverses itself midway through the track. The third revolves around the principal leitmotif, which is fully reversible.
